Danielle reached out to me because she was looking for custom and personalized images for her business’ website. I met with her for a branding session in May, and I love the way her pictures turned out!

Danielle’s company is College Choice Admissions Coaching, and she offers independent college counseling for students and their families. Her clients are typically high school students, and she works with them as they navigate college applications.

Danielle had two students present for her branding photography shoot, and they posed with laptops, notebooks, pens and pencils, and books. She also wanted pictures of the students working individually, as well as them working and talking with her.

We started the branding session at Edgehill Cafe with pictures of the students working, Danielle coaching, detail shots of their laptops and school supplies, and some fun stock images like the open books spread out on the table. After Edgehill Cafe we headed to Vanderbilt University and we took pictures at Peabody College.

Danielle loves her dog Henry, and she knew early on that she wanted to include him in her pictures. She decided to incorporate him into her “About Me” pictures, so she grabbed some Starbucks and Henry and sat on the stairs in front of the white pillars. I love how these headshots are unique and perfectly fit Danielle’s personality.

We used Vanderbilt as a backdrop for a lot of the college campus style pictures. I had our students walk around campus with their back packs and lounge with books and laptops on the stairs in front of a school building. Our last stop was Caviar & Bananas, and wow, I am obsessed! I had never been there, so I loved seeing how cute it is on the inside! We used their dining area for a few more coaching pictures, as well as some headshots of Danielle alone.
